LAUA Access Analyzer
Being able to view and report on your LAUA setup is easily accomplished with our new LAUA Analyzer reporting tool. You can access your security setup by Product Line, User ID, Security Class, Token, Function Code, or System Code. Access Analyzer comes in two flavors that report by user or by token. Simply select a User ID and get a full report on what tokens they can access and their allowed function codes or enter a token name and see a list of all users who have access. Either way the LAUA Analyzer gives you access to your LAUA settings easier and quicker than any other method.
LAUA Pivot Tables
You can further your analysis of LAUA with the LAUA Analyzer Pivot Tables. These Microsoft Excel Pivot tables are a great way to quickly see all users assigned to a specific security class or get a side by side comparison of Security Class token assignments including specific function code access.
LAUA Security Class Correlation Explorer
Our Security Class Correlation Report compares and reports the differences between every LAUA security class including the specific details on what is different. During this process we compare every security class to every other security class to identify possible redundancy. This information is critical for maintaining or migrating your LAUA security.
LS9/LAUA Analyst
Validating your new LS9 security settings can be a very time consuming and tedious process. There are various methods, but one option is to compare a user’s LS9 settings to their prior LAUA settings. Our new LS9/LAUA Analyst makes the process possible. Whether your LS9 security model was built using Kinsey’s SMP process or some other method, we find all differences between LAUA and LS9 at a screen-action level. Besides finding gaps in your model, all of those quick changes you made to LAUA over the years are highlighted so they can be fixed in LS9 to keep those emergencies from happening again!
LS9 Pivot Tables
You can further you analysis with our LS9 Pivot Tables. This is easy-to-use spreadsheet showing all Roles, their Tasks, and the Rules assigned. Will also include Pivot tables showing the tokens users can access, and whether they have inquiry-only or update access to them, with summarization and drill-in capabilities included.
LS9 Access Analyzer
We extend your reporting options with LS9 Analyzer. The Analyzer stores your LS9 security settings in Microsoft Access giving you unlimited flexibilty for creating custom reports. Our prebuilt tables give you quick access to User/Role, Role/Task, Task/Token, Task/Table, and Token/Rule assignments.
