Kinsey’s Activity Monitor provides insight to user activity in Lawson’s S3 applications. This application continuously monitors user activity in real time data on every Lawson S3 transaction including the user, date, time, form, record key and function code. Notification of changes to sensitive records or any SOD policy violations are reported by the system and immediately visible to decision makers. By comparing actual usage to user permissions continuous monitoring equips the organization’s security team to create a baseline assessment of the state of security. This assessment can then be used to further improve existing security controls and procedures. Kinsey's Activity Monitor is a valuable tool in the discovery and audit process.
